Picked from approximately 30-year-old vines and matured on the lees for at least six months Marc Brédif Vouvray 2019 is still quite youthful and refreshing displaying notes of spring blossom pear apple lemon peel pineapple sorbet and grapefruit alongside a pleasing touch of sweetness and a buzz of acidity.
With more bottle age it will start to evolve adding heady layers of honey wool Calvados and quince jelly into the mix.
