The agave is roasted underground, wild fermented in open pine wood vats and small batch copper distilled for the perfect balance of green agave, sweetness and subtle smoke. The clear, complex and multilayered spirit features aromas of lemon, licorice, green pepper, pear, citrus and spices while the taste evolves to highlight notes of basil, roasted fig, macadamia and truffle.
