The Ninefold Distillery is the first and only rum distillery in the south of Scotland. They create innovative Scottish spirits using imported molasses and a copper pot still on the Dormont Estate near Dalton just south of Lockerbie in Dumfries and Galloway. In 2021 we secured a bottling they did for That Boutique-y Rum Company and it was one of the fastest selling rums ever to grace our website. Demand is high and this is clearly a distillery to keep a careful eye on.
Ninefold’s gluten-free and vegan-friendly Pure Single White Rum is wonderfully smooth and creamy.
