The legendary estate of Nino Franco located in the celebrated region of Valdobbiadene has been producing Prosecco wines for more than three generations. The fruit is sourced from an old vineyard a single clos on the slopes of Prealpi just near the town centre. The particular micro-climate and the careful selection of the grapes give this wine a true depth and complexity. The nose bursts with ripe peach and nectarine aromas lifted by scents of aromatic herbs sage and wet stones. Dry but creamy the wine is round and persistent on the palate. A highly versatile cuvee Grave di Stecca can be enjoyed throughout the meal but accompanies particularly well Parma ham fresh shellfish and vegetable tempura.
