Nyetimber is one of the UK’s most celebrated sparkling wine producers crafting wines that rival the very best in the world – including Champagne. Established in West Sussex over 25 years ago, Nyetimber has 152 hectares under vine and is dedicated to estate-made premium sparkling wines made in the traditional method. The Classic Cuvée is a multi-vintage blend that consistently impresses wine critics, most notably Jancis Robinson. Pale gold in colour with gentle fine bubbles, you'll discover toasty spicy and complex aromas, the mark of its wonderful development over more than three years on lees in the cellars of Nyetimber. The palate supports the complex aromas with honey, almond, pastry and baked apple flavours; all-in-all, this is very fine and elegant with a great combination of intensity, delicacy and length.
