OMG Tea Organic Matcha is a high-grade organic, premium ceremonial matcha tea and winner of the coveted 3-Star Great Taste Award 2022. Made exclusively with the finest leaves from the top of the plant and the first harvest, these are then ground to a fine powder using a traditional granite stone mill. 

The vibrant green powder has a smooth, sweet taste that is rich in umami and of the finest texture. It is best served straight as tea, placing ½ teaspoon of matcha into a tea strainer over a mug or bowl before pouring 80C water over the top to create a paste. Continue with 80C water until you have filled you cup or bowl and then whisk until frothy and smooth.
