Australian wine titan Penfolds have released their first Non-Vintage Cuvée Brut Champagne in collaboration with Champagne House Thiénot. Grapes have been sourced from highly regarded vineyards across the Champagne region with the resulting blend made up of 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. In its 180th milestone year, this new Penfolds Champagne marks the next exciting chapter in the Penfolds Champagne story.
With a floral nose, fine mousse and subtle notes of roasted nut, vanilla pod and apple, the fresh and forward allure of the cuvée beckons you to continue. The palate intrigues with Tarte au Citron at its core and gentle notes of raspberry pastille, nougat and vanilla whispering in the background.
