Each tin contains a mixture of pitted green Manzanilla olives (Spain’s most popular variety), unpitted black Cuquillo olives (a rare variety with a smoky bittersweet flavour), silverskin onions, cocktail gherkins and the tangy kick of the guindilla chillies that have given Perelló their cult following. As well as being perfect for nibbling alongside cocktails as an aperitif, the Manzanilla olives are wonderful in a Dirty Martini and the silverskin onions can be slipped into a Gibson. This pickled combo is also excellent to have on the table for tapas night, or as a one-stop-shop for bringing on picnics.
