Procera Green Dot is a proudly African craft gin and the ultimate expression of juniper terroir, as it is created only from the berries, foliage and wood of a single tree. For the 2023 harvest, the best tasting berries were judged and found to be in Narok county. A single tree from the forest was then identified as producing the best berries and these luscious fruits, together with some of the leaves and wood, carefully harvested by hand, became the sole botanical products for Procera Green Dot 2023 Vintage. And with only 2023 bottles available worldwide, this really is a unique and exciting gin.

Delicate, spicy and layered, this flavoursome gin reveals subtle notes of pine forest, coconut, herbs and vanilla all set against a backdrop of deep, savoury green juniper. It is understated and complex with a remarkable character that’s derived solely from the Juniperus Procera tree. The texture is so rich it almost makes all gins that came before it seem watery in comparison. The expression takes you on a scintillating journey which lingers and evolves before finishing in a harmonious and mouth fulfilling way.
Not only is the gin a striking and unique but the bottle itself is handblown and crafted from 100% recycled glass, with no two being the same. Each one is individually numbered, featuring a Juniperus Procera stopper and is enclosed in a hand-carved Kenyan coconut wood box with natural sisal fibre. Maisha marefu! (That’s cheers in Swahili.)
