Rapaura Springs’ Sauvignon Blanc Reserve is created using grapes from vineyard plots all over Marlborough which are chosen via a rigorous blind tasting. The result is a stone-cold classic brimming with passionfruit pineapple pink grapefruit nectarine melon apricot and herbs. This juicy white has a lovely lick of refreshing acidity in the tail that has you reaching for a second sip almost immediately.
Rapaura (pronounced ‘ra-para’) Springs was the New Zealand Wine Producer of the Year at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2015. Utilising the underground pure water springs that create a little oasis in the Marlborough landscape they craft absolutely joyful Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc.
