Roebuck’s Classic Cuvée delivers a sophisticated and harmonious example of the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier blend. Created from only the very best, carefully selected and harvested grapes which are sourced from a variety of premium Sussex vineyard sites, this elegant sparkling wine has earned top critical acclaim.
Roebuck’s flagship fizz goes through partial fermentation in Old Burgundian oak barrels followed by extended bottle ageing for at least three years to ensure depth, richness and complexity in the wine. The pale lemon yellow hued cuvée fills the nose with alluring notes of baked apples and citrus fruits while underlying tones of toasty richness and hints of hazelnuts create a full palate and refined structure. The delicate bubbles linger sweetly on the tongue leading to a long, creamy and well-balanced finish. The vegan friendly cuvée can easily be drunk on its own or with food and pairs brilliantly with rich seafood, grilled fish and creamy pasta.
