The Lakes: Reflections is a limited release collaboration with Simon Rogan, Michelin-starred chef and patron of 3-star L’Enclume, 1-star Rogan & Co, Aulis, and new addition Henrock, all situated in and around the small Cumbrian village of Cartmel. Reflections takes inspiration from the awe-inspiring Lake District with its deep and earthly connections, grounded by a sense of place and stimulative of profound contemplation at meaningful moments in time.
