The M Copper Decanter 2023 Release is from Macallan's premium M Collection celebrating each of the six pillars that are the foundation of the distillery’s unique and exceptional spirit: natural colour, mastery, the estate, exceptional oak casks, sherry seasoning and curiously small spirit stills. Presented in an elegant Lalique crystal decanter and paying homage to the curiously small stills that play an integral role in how Macallan craft their spirit, this single malt, bottled at 42% ABV with its natural colour, is a vibrant and elegant expression which brings the flavours created in the stills to the fore.
The Macallan M Copper sings of overripe bananas, white peach and shortbread biscuit which evolves into caramelised bananas, marshmallow, pear drops, lemon sherbet and toasted oak all combined to deliver a long smooth and full finish with the buttery viscosity and oak gently ebbing away.
