Your points history is being migrated to our new site and you will not lose any points in the migration.

Is there set pricing for all alterations?

The pricing structure is used as a guideline. Depending on the garment construction, finishing and technical requirements needed for the alteration, the fitter will determine the appropriate charge.

How long do alterations take?

Our standard timeframe for womenswear is 7-10 days and for menswear it is 5-7 days. These time frames can change depending on workload and sale times. Any extension on these times will be communicated.

Do you offer express service?

Express alterations can be offered depending on availability. We can accept a certain number of express alterations according to the workload. All express alterations incur an extra charge in addition to the alteration charge.

Do you alter garments not purchased at Harvey Nichols?

No, only Harvey Nichols purchased garments.

Are completion times affected during Sale periods?

It could take up to 10-14 days on the discounted items unless otherwise stated by the fitter.

Please note that the customer should be wearing the garment and have the correct shoes or heel height and under garments. If not then we can provide you with the correct heel height.
