13.1 You warrant and represent to us that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- You have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these T&Cs;
- All of the information that you provide to us in connection with your order is true, accurate, complete and not misleading; and
- You will be able to take delivery of the products in accordance with our Delivery Terms.
13.2 Subject to section 12.3 below, we warrant to you that:
A) we have the right to sell the products;
B) the products are sold free from any charge or encumbrance, except as specified in these T&Cs;
C) you will enjoy quiet possession of the products you buy, except as specified in these T&Cs;
D) the products will reasonably correspond to any description published on our website; and
E) the products will be of satisfactory quality.
13. 3 All of our warranties and representations relating to the supply of products are set out in these T&Cs. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to Section 13.1, all other warranties and representations are expressly excluded.
