Where you place an Order with a Partnered Brand of Harvey Nichols:
the Contract is made between you and the Partnered Brand and these Conditions apply to such Contracts.
Harvey Nichols act as the Approved Partner's agent for payment and you authorise Harvey Nichols to process payment on their behalf.
Harvey Nichols has no responsibility to you in respect of Contracts made with Partnered Brands and all references in these Conditions to 'we' 'us' or 'our' shall be deemed to refer to the Partnered Brand in that context.
